We handle disputes over real estate investments. We occasionally handle neighbor disputes over land borders, easements and enforcement of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions known as CC&R’s. We won a $35.4 million judgment at trial on behalf of a family trying to reclaim hundreds of real property parcels in Iran that were confiscated during the Iran Revolution and subsequently were misappropriated by the defendant. Learn More
On the last day of 2020, we won reversal in a published opinion by the Court of Appeal of the trial court’s dismissal of our fraudulent transfer claim involving the transfer of real property intended to defraud creditors. Aghaian v. Minassian, 59 Cal.App.5th 447 (2020).
We won a seven-figure fraud claim and an attorneys’ fees award in an arbitration arising out of the purchase of real estate in Bel Air, California.
