We represent employees and employers in connection with employment disputes. Most of these disputes are subject to arbitration in which the employer must pay the arbitration costs. Beyond claims for unpaid bonuses and other compensation, these cases sometimes involve the theft of trade secrets, the misappropriation of confidential information, the enforceability of covenants not to compete, or unfair competition issues.
